I’ve called 3 weeks about the stairway being absolutely disgusting/ everytime I called the front office they respond with an attitude! Very nasty to walk past every morning before work, when you need something fix it takes them WEEKS to respond! This is ridiculous! I’ve called 2 months about my garbage disposal not working they never came , my dad had to come out an fix it !!’ RIDICULOUS!!!! the people are nasty not all of them some , they leave trash everywhere , since I posted this review they increased my rent an still haven’t FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!!!! They comment on my review saying for me to call HELEN an 5 days later I received a note on my door about increasing of my rent / I called an ask why she stated that someone ran into the gate an that the cost of living was going up !!! I believe they are upset about my review but I don’t care this is ridiculous they should fix these problems !! Next I’ll be calling NEWS 19 !!!!

These apartments used to be really nice. Since moving out they are trash. I have a relative who lives here. The apartments are completely run down. Extremely dirty. Trash all over the place. They let just anybody stay there. Tenants are extremely disrespectful and loud. These apartments are not worth what they are charging. Do not move out here. Definitely not worth it.
