They where very professional & attentive to me. Made you fill like home. The staff listen to my pain problem. I was able to get an appt in few days when I called. They where very accommodating, Dr. O was excellent, listens, has patience & most important gentle, since I’m very nervous patient in a Dentist office, but Dr. O was able to extract the tooth that was giving much pain & it couldn’t be saved. Highly recommend them. As for me, going again in Canton. They were excellent, in taking care of me.

The dentist is nice and seems ok. However the office staff/sales people are incompetent. They will not explain what really will happen with your procedure. You will be lied to. You will have appointments scheduled for you but you will not be told about them. You will be overcharged by hundreds of dollars over the quote. You will NOT be able to contact anyone if you have a problem with your dentures after hours. The dentures will not fit your mouth correctly. You will be given NO input about what the dentures look like. The answering service is not allowed to page them for problems with your new dentures. You will be blamed for their mistakes. Just go somewhere else!

My visit was great. I had a tooth pulled and the process was not horrible. The staff was awesome. They made me feel at ease which is not easy for me to do at the dentist. I would definitely go here again.

I had a tooth that broke off about 3 weeks ago. There was no pain when this happened. Well a couple days ago I started to have pain. Last nite it became abscessed. I never had this happen to me before. I googled it & was very concerned that it might ooze out pus & infect other parts of my body. It being Friday,I knew I didn't want to be caught in the weekend with an infection that might send me to the ER. So I called Aspen Dental. Because of Spring break other dentist were out til Monday. Aspen gave me an appointment at 9 am this morning. They were fabulous! The dental technician was very friendly & knowledgeable. She knew I was in pain, & made sure I wasn't going to feel any more than I had to. The dentist was very thorough & explained what needed to be done. I will definitely keep them as my regular dentist from now on!
