I had issues with doctors not listening or not issuing the correct types of blood tests which resulted in me receiving delayed treatment. But the ridiculous part is that I can no longer access my medical records and requesting my records so far has resulted in no response. This is not an isolated incident either as specialists around the area have commented on how they frequently don't send them info/requests and how they are the only ones that have this issue. This has been ongoing for months. I have filed a HIPAA complaint as I should be able to have access to the records I paid for. Do not go here or to any Sanitas if you care about your health.

The process of being seen by Drs who look at you, order tests, provide a recommended script for outsourced tests and then don't get digital copies for specialists to review is a head ache on top of health concerns for people trying to heal!!

This is not a walk-in clinic was just there could not get an appointment for 30 days. Hardly anybody was in the waiting room. Need to change their advertisement to walk-ins are NOT welcome we work by appointment only.

Horribles wait time I has appointment at 1:20 and got called at 2:30 to room where I than waited another 30 min before I got seen by doctor who literally took less than me 10 min to do what supposed to be a physical! I left that office at 4pm! I felt rushed no doctor connection.Dr.Garcia nice but not concern of your history nor patient worries you are just another number for the day.., only positive feedback is nice clean establishment and the staff and nurse are courteous and kind.

Sanitas medical Center use it, but the insurance provides you with a list of doctors.
As I do not work here I can't give you a definite answer but I'm 99.9% sure that you would need to get a referral to a gynecologist from your primary doctor which the can give you. This is a primary office that can also do some specialized tests such as labs and ultrasounds. I'm sure if you're a patient with sanitas you can call here or go to your portal to request a woman's health checkup and they would be happy to give you a referral over the phone with a list of supported gynecologist in the area that take your insurance! Hope this helps and hope this translates properly.
Yes, call and make an appointment with your primary doctor, if it is not urgent. If so, you do not need an appointment, arrive and they take care of you very well
