Shane is such an amazing help everytime I go in! He'll go straight to what I'm looking for, and help me determine best options. If he wasn't already manager, I'd definitely say he should be lol Thank you SO much , Shane!! 🙏🏽😄

Don't let the name fool you "minute clinic". . Literally took almost 2 hours to get out for a minor ailment. This is worse then a doctors office....three people before me in and out. Granted I know some things take time to diagnose but come on. The young ladies that helped were nice. That's the only plus I can give this.

My two stars 🌟 go to Justin (Pharmacy Technician). Without his professionalism and kindness, I wouldn't have been able to get my prescription. There was a young lady, right in front of me when I arrived. SHE LITERALLY IGNORED ME AND WALKED AWAY. I couldn't believe my eyes. She didn't have to smile. What I needed was someone to take care of me as customer. This is by far the worst CVS Pharmacy experience I've ever had in my entire life. Hopefully Justin was there to help me.

This review is for the Minute Clinic only. I had no contact with the rest of the employees of this particular CVS. I am out of town with a sinus infection. Since I can't get home to my fantastic Doc, I started looking up local Urgent Cares because the pressure and resulting headache is making me Urgently grouchy. The local UCs looked booked up and Google lead me the Minute Clinics at CVS. The one on Assembly is the closest to my location but they didn't have AM appts so I went down the way to the CVS on Sunset. (I didn't look at the reviews until I started this one. Bad Kelly.. but I might not have gone there. So glad that I did!) The intake nurse was a blast! We chatted about things in common which really helped me forget my headache and why I was there. The Nurse Practitioner, Hope H, saw me after and helped me out. Hope was very astute and prescribed me meds. I loved the experience!
