Never have any cars even after making reservations weeks out for certain time. Arrived and said vehicle wouldn't be available till 3 hrs later.

Rude customer service and had an attitude because I didn't know the return mileage. I've never been asked this in the past so this was kinda of a pain to walk back to get it. When I went back there were no signs saying record mileage... that would be very helpful!

Would give them 0 stars if possible. Rented a 7 passenger SUV, show up to get it and told they don't have one. You totally could have called me ahead of time to let me know so I wouldn't waste time coming to pick it up. Icing on the cake, they do have a 7 passenger SUV but it's luxury class and will cost extra... hello??? Just comp it and let the customer go on about their business! Very poor business practice at this Hertz, the attendant couldn't care less either. Thanks for the waste of time Hertz CAE.

Hey, just read the reviews... Clearly it.... Hertz to do business with this company... Their name is adequate for how you will feel if you do business with them, apparently. 3 stars because I haven't done business with them but I've read their reviews. 😂 This review keeps their 3 stars on par with where they're at.

Yes. The entrance for returns is on the left but at the far side of the garage in normal traffic flow.
Probably, but they may place a large hold on the card; fees, taxes, $700 insurance fee.
