Every time I go here i’m underwhelmed. It’s like the employees cook the chicken in sadness. I’m just gonna say maybe you should pay your folks a living wage and maybe they would care more.

I agree with you 100%. It used to be good but has gone down hill fast. The staff and food need to improved SERIOUSLY!
I'm not quite sure if they have chicken livers but their service is absolutely some of the worst service I've ever had at any KFC ever my whole entire life and even when they screw up your order the first time and they say they're going to make it right and totally give you your order again for free they can't get it right the second time neither so I will no longer be going to the KFC on Emanuel Church Road in West Columbia South Carolina for sure😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠 😠😠 😠😠 😠😠
