Just dont ask about anything. If you are a Pro and have your order previously done, fine. The guys from front desk are not helpful at all. They look at you as you are an alien. So dont try to ask anything. They probably has customers enough.

Visited TW Perry last week looking for wood and tools for a backyard shed project and the staff was very unhelpful. There were at least three of them by the register when I walked in and NO other customers in the store and they seemed to want to get me out of there as fast as possible without making a sale (especially the bald guy). Don’t know how they stay in business with this attitude (maybe they only like working with young male contractors?)especially as I was polite and engaging with them. Would give zero stars if I could. Only plus was the well-organized storefront. Left without buying anything.
