There was a time when this easily was my favorite bar in Raleigh. Desserts and cocktails? How much better could it get? They used to have a regular and seasonal menu, but they seemed to clump everything together at some point during Covid, and it can feel like a mismatch at times. It's hard to put my finger on exactly how the vibe has changed, but it feels like they're not putting in as much effort as they used to. I sometimes see things on their Instagram that look amazing, but when I go in person, some of the newer things look like they could technically be made at home for a much lower price. They just wouldn't be as pretty

Nice dessert bar in downtown Raleigh, NC offering coffees, unique cocktails, and desserts. Upon arriving we entered the queue line at the front door. It was extremely busy on a Sunday night, which I attribute to the local festival that was just wrapping up that evening. There is some outdoor seating which is nice, but the indoor space is quite small and feels somewhat cramped. We ordered a couple cocktails as well as the shot flight. Most all of the drinks were very well made, tasty and unique. We also ordered the Derby Pie and the Cinnamon Carrot Cupcake. Both were very good. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, the service was good, and I would recommend that you give it a try.

I was disappointed, more bitter than sweet for me. Maybe if I drank I'd like it more, but nahhh!
