Hi Secora, Bittersweet is open to the general public during its business hours until 8pm. After 8pm (definitely on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights) Bittersweet is then only open to those 21+

I agree with above. I have been during the day and not get carded but went after 10pm and was carded.
