Washer broke in 6 months, there was an issue with it, 2 service calls within the first 2 months of purchase. Then the dryer broke a year and a half later after the warranty ended. My advice, buy new, it will save ypu money in the long run. It was honestly a waste of purchase as most washers and dryers last at least a few years even if used.

Great experience. Employee helped us quickly locate the right stove and did not try to upsell us. Charges for the stove, delivery and removing our old stove were reasonable-out total was less than it would have cost to fix our old stove! Delivery was on time and guys were friendly. They hooked everything up and made sure all elements were working. Stove works great. We had never bought used appliances before but we’re believers now-at least from Capital.

UPDATE: Ms. Lisa called and we discussed the conversation. I would highly recommend this place. Changing my rating. I was going to give the store a five star rating solely based on my experience when purchasing the stove; however. I only gave it a 3 Star rating due to the person answering the phone. I called today (8/24/2022) at about 1:37 pm, only to confirm that the delivery was still scheduled. I hadn’t heard anything since I purchased the stove and just wanted to be sure. The person answering the phones should be in the back stocking and not dealing with people. She had an attitude from the jump. She gave the impression that I was a nuisance and i shouldn’t be wasting her time calling. Due to this interaction alone I would not recommend using this place

Purchased a dryer in May, 3 weeks later, the belt was changed, 3 weeks after that the dryer didn’t work again, belt changed again. Now again the dryer isn’t working and they temporarily fix it until the warranty runs out. This is my 2nd appliance with them and for them to not be courtesy and rude because the same issue keeps occurring on the same dryer from the time purchased. This is my second appliance purchased with you that failed. I previously purchased a refrigerator with you and had to get it serviced.
