In 2022, this employer is still using paper charting barely legible (see photos). Your nurse on average is caring for about 25 residents at a time, and if a new resident comes in on a lot of medications- she has to hand write all of the medications, and administers the medication from the last carbon copied (4th) page. This facility accepted a patient for rehab that would need dialysis 3 days a week, but they didn’t arrange proper transportation for the patient to go due to cost. The person ended up back at the emergency room with chest pain from missing dialysis. The 5 star reviews here are written by people who work here just to boost the score. Good luck

I have presently been here since 4/14/22. We all know the pickin’s are slim to none for Rehab due to lack of workers.I am so impressed at the cleanliness of this place. The food is delicious, you can have a salad every meal. Remember you aren’t here for the food. I have been pleased with the PT, again they are overloaded . The staff is very helpful in doing what they can. Don’t come here expecting one on one and immediate gratification. There are many different needs here. You may not be at the top of the list for immediate care. I feel lucky to be here . Barbara Arnold. Retired teacher

I am always impressed by the things the staff does for the residents, bringing them goodies, taking the time to talk, tucking them in. The food is good, and the care is good. The place is cleaner than most, and our quality measures with falls, psyche drugs, and hospital returns are good too. We are a true caring community. I have worked there 7 years, and this year, when my mother needed long term care, I did not think twice where I wanted her to be

My dad died at this place. The health care workers are so mad that we asked them to do their job. My dad begged to come home. When my daughter and I visited my sweet dad, we had little ladies asking us to help them. I would have never put my dad here if I knew it was this bad.
