***since nobody attempted to contact me to talk about my experience I am posting it on here to help warn others and avoid this place. I heard great things about this office so I’m very disappointed that this office is a mess. Nobody knows what’s happening. Nobody can give you direct answers. My daughter only saw her actual doctor twice (who was very kind Dr.Kola is a good man and deserves better than this facility) the rest of the times they have sent in extremely rude people (the slender blonde female doctor was INCREDIBLY rude and disrespectful) as well as a woman who couldn’t even tell me if she was a licensed pediatrician. I have been treated like I’m ignorant, or plain dumb. I have not been treated with respect. I’m a new mother and have questions (god forbid) and I’m always treated in such a condescending matter not to mention the doctor having her hand on the doorhandle while I was asking questions. So rude. So unprofessional. They are also messing with my daughter’s health.The woman who couldnt tell me if she was a pediatrician said her head is too flat and attempted to accuse me of not doing tummy time when I have done EVERYTHING for this child, and for her growth and development even with my father dying while I held her in my arms when she was only 2 months old. I have been told this should have been addressed MONTHS AGO she is almost a year old. I’m disgusted. I feel like I’m doing everything to ensure that my daughter is happy and healthy but this office could really care less. I could continue on about other things that were said and done to my daughter and myself but I think I’ve written enough already. I have found a different pediatrician who will be the same pediatrician to see her EVERY VISIT and not just sending in random, extremely rude, condescending people who I’m supposed to trust with my daughter’s health and development like they do at this office.

Are you tired of having to go through 8 menus only to be put in touch with an AI bot and never really talking to a nurse or doctor? Are you tired of constantly having to login to a portal to find or communicate anything? Looking to talk with an actual person? LOOK NO MORE! The communication with this group since our move from WI has been phenomenal and we have been able to get appointments on the books in the same week for physicals and well checks. Dr. Kola is kind and patient; the nurses are astounding!

Love Dr. Kola. He's very kind and attentive and jokes around with my kids. He's also very respectful of our wishes and doesn't pressure us to do anything we don't want. He also doesn't push meds or procedures. He informs us of our choices, answers questions, and we make decisions that he accepts. The front staff is also great, and some of them have been there for a while and always remember who we are. The place is always clean. I love that they are easy to get into but they also don't overbook, so we never have a super long wait. But I also don't feel rushed when he's in the room. I don't know how they manage to do all that!

You guys call me every week about making appointments, I sit down to talk and you guys don’t have anything until 2023. Stop calling and leaving folks voice messages if y’all don’t have any availability within the next month. Ppl time is very valuable.
