me and my boyfriend went to this store so I could pick out an engagement ring and lily was so amazing and brought out so many wonderful options (settings and stones) for me to choose from. i didn’t know that much about rings and she was so patient and let me go back and forth with my decision. I love my final choice and I couldn’t recommend this store and lily enough!!! 1000/10 💗

I will never use another jewelry store. When my husband and I went to Shane Co. looking for a new wedding band to celebrate our 5 year anniversary, I did not look cute. T-shirt, workout shorts, no makeup, most jewelry stores wouldn’t even pretend to be interested in speaking to us if we entered looking a hot mess like we did. But we were greeting with warm welcomes and helped almost instantly by Cheryl. She found the most gorgeous ring to fit my engagement that my husband made. She even helped us find the ring in white gold, which was less expensive than the platinum one we were looking at. We ended up purchasing the new wedding band and leaving my engagement ring to get rhodium dipped. I was worried it would take a while, and I would be without my ring for weeks. But they do all their work in house and we were told it would only take 3 days! I’m so glad we decided to take a chance walking into Shane Co.!
