Went to try to visit my friend and was told to go to different places at different times by multiple people. They need to get their facts straight and be more considerate of their patients. My friends being treated her was told that no one was coming to see her while we were being sent on a wild goose chase trying to figure out what door we needed to go to. Only one person was legitimately helpful the whole time.

Tried to visit my friend and was sent to multiple different locations throughout the Gracepoint campus. We spoke to 4 different employees and nobody seemed to know how to direct us to where she was or even get the visiting hours right. The staff even told my friend being treated that nobody was coming to see her when there were literally 4 of her friends all over the campus trying to find her. If you need help seek elsewhere. These people have no idea how to interact with other human beings and I'm legitimately concerned for the well-being of my friend and the other patients there.

After connecting with Gracepoint and my son accepting assistance, I was able to achieve goals set for my son. Patience & guidance to get to the appropriate staff in order to get services started. Thank you to staff that explained services to meet my son's medical attention.

You can't unfortunately because Gracepoint really is closed on Sunday. You'll have to wait until the next business day, which would be Monday thru Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
I would suggest calling 813-272-2958 and when you get the telephone prompts press 6. Thank you
yes, we do. The best place to start is at our homeless services department located at 6220 N. Nebraska Ave. Tampa, FL 33604. The telephone number there is 813-272-2311.
I'm not sure but probably yes since it does have very qualified psychiatrists. Call and ask. Highly recommend them.
Thanks Kim. Medical offices in the State of Florida only keep records for seven years and then are required to destroy them. I'm super sorry.

We are only able to assist those who are currently receiving treatment.
Stephanie is correct, but you can also request an appointment online through our website. I tried to post the link in the answer but Google won't allow it. (thanks Stephanie!)
Children need to be 18 years old to visit a parent admitted in our adult inpatient. However, children may visit siblings admitted in our Children's Crisis Center. When someone is in crisis it impacts the whole family, especially children. I hope your loved one feels better soon. Thanks for inquiring! Please let me know if I can help in any way. Kindly, Susan

At Gracepoint we offer outpatient substance abuse treatment but do not provide suboxone. Seeking treatment takes courage! I wish you well on your journey.
