Thanks Kim. Medical offices in the State of Florida only keep records for seven years and then are required to destroy them. I'm super sorry.
After 7years most drs. And medical places don't keep the records, but they might have a storage facility that your stuff is at. Also it might cost you to get copies. Good luck they are hard to get stuff like that from .
