When a customer completes a pawn transaction they must present an ID and we take their fingerprint. The form that they sign & fingerprint has all item information on it. It is 3 felony charges for somebody to pawn items that are not theirs. All loans are confidential, therefore you must report your item stolen to the police. We upload all records within 24 hours of the transaction being completed. Law Enforcement is who you need to contact. We cannot release any information regarding items or people who conduct the transactions with us.

If you pawn an item you are entering into a financial agreement where you are borrowing money against your collateral with the intention of returning for your item. If you do not want your item back you would sell the item to us. Having said that, cards are a very tough item at pawn shops, we would need to see the item to determine a value for loan or purchase. We have been known to pay 110% of an items value if the demand is high and our supply is low, however if the demand is low and the supply is high we may have to be conservative because some items take a while to sell.
