So it's just the African American lady who works there that is obviously very unhappy with her job. No patience, very rude and unpleasant to deal with. Everyone else is great ans all other aspects are handled pretty well. 5 stars without her impatient attitude and in all honesty she shouldnt be in customer service. She won't ruin my use of this facility though . 5 stars without her.

Usually have a default date options are extending the loan or if you can't make it in person they can do it over the phone
