Driving home on Route 9A on the first lane not the fast lane. The driver from this company comes speeding on the fast lane trying to merge on the slow lane to pass the cars from the fast lane. As he was trying to merge onto the slow lane he acted as if I wasn't there. Nearly drove me off the road. This was on 6.6.22 around 5:45 -5:50 p.m. License plate 70258-MH
