Horrible experience! My daughter had her first appointment today that was scheduled months in advance because nothing was available, we get there and had to park at the top of the garage because there weren’t any other spots available, walked to the main hospital entrance to be told it was in another building across the street which only had a sign on the building that said pharmacy. Because of all of this, we get there exactly 5 min after the appt time. They refused to see my daughter who is pregnant and already far along. I explained how it’s our first time there and that there are no signs outside. They didn’t care at all. The receptionist said she would ask dr Elizabeth Bramlett, when she came back, she said dr Bramlett will not see us. They asked if we wanted to reschedule, I told her no! We will find a dr who actually cares about her patients health.

All the midwifes and the staff and so amazing! Thanks to them I was able to have a successful vbac. They were all very attentive and always answered when I called for anything. I started seeing them when I was 10 weeks and from the first visit on I was always happy.

I don’t know where to begin with how incredible each midwife and staff member is here. The care I received during my pregnancy and birth was unlike anything I was used to. I was truly used to my concerns being ignored or feeling like a “ number”, and after a semi traumatic birth with my first with a different practice; I felt so POWERFUL after my seconds birth due to the care from this amazing team. Rose made my daughters birth INCREDIBLE, I will never forget what she did for me during her birth. I feel so redeemed and confident. Not to mention I drive 45 mins for this practice and it’s worth it in every way!
