This drive-up ATM is beyond ridiculous! Instead of having the ATM machines occupy separate lanes, they both are stacked in the same lane which means the person uses the second machine gets stuck behind the person that got in first and of course you can't back out because there's a line behind you. Not sure why this layout was chosen but this should whole heartedly be evaluated to improve ergonomics in order to enhance and improve convenience. This review bears no prejudice against any staff at this location

This review doesn't go just for that location, it's every bank of America in the St Lucie county. They never have enough tellers at the bank, any simple transaction that should take 5mins (like a cahier check) always ended taking 30-40mins. Forget about calling customer service, they always busy. I don't have a personal account with them for that reason. I will be closing my business account with them soon. It's a shame that the business never care to put enough tellers. But they have people to sell you credit cards every day .

BOA hours changed at many locations all across FL. Google hours are all off. Mostly 10-4 now

Not enough staff that help customers at the counter, many others walking around and allowing line to reach the door and have walk outs. I waited over 35 minutes to be helped.
