DR. Ramin Raiszadeh is very professional and he is very knowledgeable of taking care of his patient. I would highly recommend for everyone who need pain management taking care of.

Pros: central office location in Encinitas and the nurses/reception are genuinely nice Cons: very long wait times (2 hours + easy) to see physician for his Encinitas office and not very ethical practice. At first I thought Dr. Raiszadeh was easy going and seemed like he wanted to help my condition (I had a work related injury in my lumbar spine). Once he knows you’re not a surgical candidate however he ignores you and makes it seem like you’re Right exaggerating symptoms each time he sees you. We’d agreed on modified work conditions to help me return to work but then at the last moment he changed it on my report that was submitted to the Workman’s comp insurance company. To me that’s very dishonest with very poor communication. He also stopped my medications and sent a letter to my insurance carrier to return to work even though I had a slight herniated disk. His excuse was that it wasn’t a significant enough herniated disk and he thought I mentally was making the pain worse and it was all in my head. Would not recommend and check your reports carefully and go in ready when you see this doctor. Might not be a bad idea to video record your meeting because he’ll act shady. I’m with a new doctor now that’s taking my injury seriously and giving me the treatments I need
Mr Smith
Dishonest doctor for Workman’s comp treatments and holds a low level of integrity. He lied on my MMI reports and stopped all my medications and treatments. Would strongly not recommend and If you’ve seen him please look at your reports carefully

I saw Doctor Raiszadeh for herniated L5-S1 disc and he is nothing but respectful, confident and thorough. He took the time to teach me in layman’s terms what was going on, discussed my options including both conservative treatment and surgery. He also had enormous amount of patience to speak with me about how my symptoms affected my job and daily activities. I would recommend him without hesitation, in a heartbeat, without hesitation, to anyone with back problems.

Yes . I was lucky to have him as my surgeon.
When you need personal consultations you should call a d find out for yourself. Each person's insurance is different. I am not a doctor nor a PA assistant so I am sorry but I can't help you
