Booked this location for 5 nights. I was in the area for an elective surgery. Due to surgery I needed a handicap accessible room and made sure I noted that on my reservation. Upon arrival , after a 7 hour drive, there were zero handicap rooms available. I was not happy and a little freaked out because I knew how difficult it would be to move my belongings fresh out of major surgery. Fortunately they did what they could and offered a regular room with the expectation of a transfer into a handicap room the following day. When the handicap room became available the toilet didn’t work. At this point I’m panicking because I’m having surgery the next day and would not be able to lift anything or move around too much. Fortunately again, that room was a connecting room and the staff was amazing at handling everything. They allowed me to use both rooms so I wouldn’t have to use the lobby restroom. Every single person I interacted with was a 10/10 They’re all very friendly, professional, kind and respectful. Despite a rough start that can literally happen anywhere, they took control and took care of me and for that I’m very grateful.

The rooms are nice and clean, the beds can be a little softer and more comfortable and is the only downside but the service is amazing especially Jordan who is so nice and lovely. Definitely the right choice for our business trip from Jersey. After 6 hours of driving we needed a move place to stay.

I've been in many hotel because I travel alot. The pool needs to be cleaned. It's a green color and has particles floating in it. It's nasty to be honest. I feel like they should do a better job at keeping a clean hotel. And the pool itself is a hazard really. Bacteria could get into your pores and cause some type of skin disease that's a risk they're taking right now honestly. I'm sure they will see a lawsuit soon enough.

Wonderful staff, extremely beautiful clean rooms & lobby. The shower water takes a while to get warm, housekeeping was knocking on my door to clean when I was still checked in. I didn’t have a tag in my room to hang on door. Overall, I would definitely stay there without a doubt!
