We were visiting friends in the city. We choose this as it was close to my friends place. We loved the hotel. Our room was tidy clean and smelled fresh. They had provided all the things we needed. Loved K-cup coffee in morning. Definitely we will stay here again whenever we will come to Pittsburgh.

Shout out to the Comfort Inn in Washington on Meadowlands Boulevard. Kathy and Heather could not have been any nicer. Everybody was very accommodating. Kids love using the swimming pool. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

Overall I'd give this hotel a 1/10. Elevator was broken with man trapped inside at my time of check in. Conference room I had rented for birthday party was never clean. The first room I got was filthy with no working air conditioning and dried up vomit all over the curtain. They gave me a second room, it had never been cleaned since the last person stayed in it. I got a THIRD ro and kept it, but had to clean it myself as there were hairs all in the bathtub. Overall horrible birthday experience for my 4yo daughter.

Mattress was horrible and needs replaced. We stayed here because of the in room hot tub. It worked great and was a fantastic way to relax…. Would be a great place to stay if beds were updated. Staff could be a bit more hospitable. Maybe just a smile as you come and go would be a good place to start….
