I would give this place -3 stars. The hotel manager Marilyn Scarlett is the rudest person I've ever met. Checked in for a week for business and was told I couldn't get room service since I'm here for a week. No cleaning of the room, no trash removal and have to ask for towels and takes them an hour to bring them. My son was in the pool and I went to join him as I was getting ready to walk in the manager stomping up the hall ,yelled the pool is closed due to cleaning. I said ok let me get my son and all I heard was Jesus Christ at me twice. Very rude and has no business being in a position dealing with the public. I strongly urge anyone who thinks about staying here to rethink...their are alot of nicer places around

The staff was friendly and helpful with issues but the decor and room itself left much to be desired. The linens had to be changed (but were done quickly) due to hair on the bed. There was a large stain on the carpet. The bathroom had used shampoo with makeup on it available for us to use. There were dirt and bugs on the floor. The pull out sofa mattress was very stained. The pool water was not clear whatsoever. Overall, we will not be back.

Remember, when you book a cheap hotel, you get a cheap hotel. Let me start off by saying, I would stay here again if I was looking for a cheap place to stay a night or 2. Our room was clean, the linens clean and comfortable. The huge shower in the King room was awesome, hot and high water pressure, felt like a massage. There is no house keeping offered at this time. Staff was very nice and if you needed extra towels, etc.. you just had to ask. The hotel over-all was quiet on the week days we stayed. Tue-thur. We had a room on the highway side, this didn’t bother us (city folk).. but if you are sensitive to traffic noise, CALL AHEAD and request a room on the opposite side. The free breakfast was so-so. Do not use the milk, it shouldn’t be left in a shallow bowl with melted ice. I personally wouldn’t eat the yogurt either, same reason. - Crazy Horse Coffee is a mile away has great coffee, Waffle House is right down the street and is delicious. The pool room is kinda gross. There’s piles of white stuff on the floor that might be chemicals? Abandoned clothes lying around and the pool itself needs treatment! We only swam for 5 mins. TO THE OWNER: Room 301: shower safety handle needs tightened. Get yourself a mini fridge for the breakfast room to keep milk and yogurt in. Outsides of the trash cans need cleaned, as well as the sides of the tables, seats of the chairs. They are STICKY! Clean and TREAT the pool, and pool room! There is an ALARMING amount of roofing shingles laying around the base of the hotel itself, and the small part of the roof I could see needs some help asap.. I would get on that or you’re gonna need a new one soon. Put that lighter fluid behind the front desk! Major hazard!

Quarantine & Illusion

Breakfast was poor. Stayed at 3 other hotels during this trip, all had real food on breakfast. So I do not accept the excuse for a few muffins, out of order juice machine and just dirty area being covids fault. Other places are not having that excuse. This will be our LAST stay at any country inns and suites. Just disappointing and no excuse is acceptable.
