I have call to make a appointment in the front register er name is Chrystal. She stated for me to come at 8:00 AM the office open at 9 AM, when I walk to my appointment this morning she start in the front door with me starting getting all loud with me saying she didn't never tell me my appointment was at 8A M. The doctor she's the owner she was very polite and nice the 2 register was very unprofessional rude and talk over me she was yelling at me when I talk with others customer they stated she don't like Caribbean people.If I do come back I will for the doctor the registration lady's they so unprofessional very unprofessional both was loud .

Update: I’ve been coming to this office for years. Still love Dr. Erbe and her crew. Front desk is amazing and always a pleasure to come back. She is so respectful and fun. A genuine connection and personality. Very responsible service and crew. So glad they’re still here and the new office is very nice too. Thank you Doc💯❣️❣️ went to this doctor last year....she was so great and patient, figured out my prescription rather easily, I'd say... Compared to all the other examinations I've had. I just went to her again today...she remains the same, super friendly and humble doctor. Everyone in her office is very friendly and respectful of your time. They are very family friendly. I'd made it a point to myself last year to review her after she wowed me the first time but I just never got to it.. I just can't let it slide again, this time. Let credit be given where credit is due! This office is EXCELLENT... P s...yaayyyy my headache is gone!!!!! :D
