Why is there so many noise problems? Why do I get singled out by the staff to the point where I'm going to take them down legally? Why has this terribly expensive place been the most hell to live in???

The walls seem very thin and don't block noise

It is a wood frame structure, not CBS. In standard apartment living you will hear your neighbors occasionally. CBS is of course a thicker material so naturally you wouldn’t hear your neighbors as much.
