Been living here for 10 years.. used their excercise room usually at night when i get home from work... always opened. They locked the bathroom... i stopped by management to tell them to unlock it... they instead locked the excercise room, tried to use it at 9am.. That, plus the unreasonable 150 dollar rent increase for a low income subsidized development is all the reasons for this 1 star. Times we are struggling enough, nobody got a 150 dollar wage increase, so why when everything cost more do they beat us down worse... and lock their ammenities access for the cherry on top. Pool has also been inaccessible this summer.

There's always a waiting list. Usually a few months at least.
There is no age restriction. My sister lives at st Andrews pointe has been there for 4 years. I believe they have a waiting list for their apartments though and once you become a resident you can do all your communications through the resident app, because they office hours are very limited
The apartment comes with washer and dryer unit. You can rent one out and goes towards the rent or you can buy your own
