someone need to train the front desk again; I made an appointment 4 weeks prior the day that I want; I came to the appointment found out it not the week that I asked for; they put me down wrong day and phone numbers ( so they couldn't give me a call to remind my appointment ); then I tried to make new appointment after that and they looked at my insurance without checking and stated they wont accept my insurance ( which is they stated they accept my insurance on the phone ). They might be having bad day but they need to refresh their work flow.

Condescending doctor. Rude, snotty staff. You get what you pay for and they're pretty cheap.

Dr. Rhee is very rude. I once asked him how my kids could avoid the progression of their bad vision, and he said this with a straight face "it's too late. You should've married a man with good eyesight." And he laughed. Years ago when I went there as a patient, he told me this "wow your eyes are so bad, the last I saw a patient like you was 4 months ago." Gee, thanks, like I didn't already know. He may be a smart guy, being a doctor and all, but just like some other doctors, he had no social skills and is definitely not customer-oriented. I guess they don't need that skills to stay in business. If you don't care about customer service, I can recommend this place, but other than that, I do not want to even be there unless I have to. After all, it's got the best price for eye exams.

Dr Rhee, the independent optometrist, was wonderful. He's thorough, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I would highly recommend him. The staff and service at the Vision Center were exceptional as well.

Yes $90 is the price and if you have contact lens examination I believe it's $20 more. Dr. Rhee is absolutely awesome as well as all his employees. He gives you a sheet of paper that you can submit into your medical and get a reimbursement. Daniel who is at the Costco Optical picks out awesome glasses for people that fit their face their face shape and so on.
No you don't need to be a member to go to the vision center. You only need to be a member to purchase anything.
