I have been using Firestone for years. I am now disabled and I can't bring my vehicles to Firestone myself anymore. My daughter Rachel brought it there this morning. Lincoln and Randy at the front desk are taking very good care of her. Thank you Firestone for being a reputable company. You have never once let me down in at least 20 times I have used your company. I will definitely continue coming to your place and now my daughter Rachel knows to trust you folks instead of going somewhere else.

Don't go here by yourself ladies. I've been in here before got a fair price then sent my lady in by herself thinking she would get good service & fair pricing but she didn't. They charged $1200 for spark plugs when she asked for the tune up. The guy asked her what would she like done on your tune up then just did the spark plugs. If you're a mechanic you know what entails with the tune up. I won't be back here again neither should you. & Lincoln, He usually provides good service but he is the one who racked her charges up. He gave her $100 discount then put it back on there through some kind of service fee among all these other kit & service charges. Ridiculous.

I got my new tires sent to this shop for installation. The customer reception service was mediocre at best. Dropped my car off and went about my business. Took a long time. I came back after a couple of hours, still not ready. Well a got a flat tire two months later (not their fault) and I am calling to see if o can come in. First the staff was super rude AGAIN. Several times after no one picks up. Skip this place.
