Never Press Here for help on isle.... 😡 Help needed on isle blaring.....6 times over loud speakers...every 2 minutes. NOPE while 3 Employee's (not hard to tell by vest) purposely walk past on a mission... still.... Waited on isle for another 5 minutes started recording..... SECURITY, AND 2 EMPLOYEE'S DECIDED TO STOP BY.... DONT SHOP HERE... Nope still didn't get the right part... 😕

Well my girlfriend got flipped off and stolen from by Lowe's they stole $78 from her. Therefore now her only recourses is small claims court.

Normally I love Lowe's and prefer them to other home improvement stores. I had an unfortunate experience with their late night team. I arrived 10 minutes before close to purchase 1 bucket of primer and the doors were locked. I waved to the person inside who pointed the direction if the exit. I walked to the exit and the doors would not open. I walked back to the entrance and waved again and the same team of 3 employees pretended not to see me. It took me 7 minutes walking back and forth to get in and when I approached them to ask why they had directed me to a closed door, the team simply replied "it's policy." I was able so self check it and leave before their closing time.

A tough call, the first two employees I encountered were neither informed about the items I came to buy not did they care to help me find them in the garden center. I considered them just short of rude, as if being there and having that job was the last place they wanted to be and the last thing they wanted to do. They just stood there, acting bored. Their answer when I asked about the products was "No." *However* .. as I made my way around the large garden center, I encountered two more employees who were busy at a large product display, and asked them if they knew where I could find the items I sought. Yes! They cheerfully showed me where to find them, were professional and engaged, and I had a feeling also informed about gardening .. maybe even cared about customer service. I picked up what I was shopping for and found a couple more items to help my garden.. As sharp and responsive as they were, however, the (my opinion) lazy, uncaring employees I first encountered still left a bad taste for the place. So I don't know if I will return.

I don't believe delivery is based on how much money you pay. It's rather based on the availability of the delivery drivers they're contracting with. Hope this helps.
Yes Lowe's will honor your Refund without the receipt, they will require your driver's license tho, I once had to return a generator cord that my sister used on the weed eater and it melted the connection to both, they replaced both for me 😁 as my sister is totally blonde and shouldn't be using thing's she has no idea about LoL
All employees have to wear mask ..hand sanitizer stations at front door and exit doors ..displays get wiped down after the store closes ..

Use it like light saber and fight a person in an alley. Okay, take it to recycling place because toxic substance inside. Many places will ask you to wrap in cardboard to protect from breaking in delivery. Lowes might take it at customer service.
I don't think so. They sell the cabinets and what not but probably not the folders.
