Love the attention to details, very experienced staff, friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is real clean. They used to offer free COVID-19 masks before you enter the facility, but have stopped. Facemask is still required.

They switched up my dads lab samples and called him with extremely critical values. He had to go to the ED and get repeat labs drawn which resulted totally different from the labs VM called him about. As a physician myself, I can guarantee you there’s no way the labs can change that dramatically in just a few hours with no intervention. Now they are denying there was a lab error and refusing to pay for their mistake of sending him to the ED. As a physician, I would avoid this place simply based on the fact that they make mistakes and don’t own up to them. Who knows what could happen in a worse situation. They are probably making more severe mistakes and just sweeping them under the rug or blaming their patients for it

Wait times and contacting anyone at your Dr's office have been getting worse. Long gone are the days when you could expect 15 minute lab time and talking to a nurse in any of the offices. I was in the lab 45 minite today. Along with a large group also waiting. The lab really needs more help. Period. I have been a patient here for at least 20 years I see the down-turn in service. I wish i could continue with the care I once received from VM and my team. Disappointing.

This clinic is my choice for obtaining all of my medical needs. They are located very close to my home, so I don't have to be concerned with traffic tie ups. All of the people working there are nice and friendly, as long as you don't act like a "Karen"
