First time visiting this place and I was trying to find a great optometrist... luckily, I found the right place! I'm really impressed by this office. It's clean, open space and they have friendly staff members! I have Dr. Prabhdeep Johal and she was very warm and answered all my questions. The optician helped fixed my sunglasses.

I read a lot of reviews and had some mixed feelings about what to expect, I knew I needed glasses and have my eyes checked so I decided to give federal way vision a try.. I called and was able to easily make an appointment and the person on the phone was super nice and scheduled me on a day that worked for my schedule. I checked into my appointment and everyone was very nice. I got called back by Dr johal and she was extremely nice and talked me through everything and what she was doing and asked questions and listened to everything I had concerns about with my vision, she did let me know I would need glasses for reading and such and then directed me to a nice girl I don’t know her name and she helped me with frames and picking out the style I wanted and complimented my face. I was told my glasses would take 2-3 weeks and they’d let me know when they come in, I was happy they ended up reaching out to me just 9 days after to tell me my glasses were ready early, I was able to go in and pick them up and they checked to see how they fit and did an adjustment and told me to call if they need repair or anything wrong. Overall I had a great experience and I hope that doesn’t end up changing, despite the reviews I read I have already recommend this place to a few close friends.
