The ladies in this shop are very knowledgeable and patient. I have purchased about 3 wigs, a topper, and a wiglet. My friends say I look 20 years younger. You have to try on a wig and see the color in person. You cannot buy a wig from a catalog or on-line. I am looking for realistic looking wigs and toppers that enhance my thinning hair, not the ones that scream "wig", like some of the ones that other wig stores carry. This would be a good wig store for someone who has medically lost her hair, because the ladies are all professionals, not some kid they hired off the street. I brought my friend in (who had a stroke and has a hard time talking.) They worked with her until she understood how to put the topper on and trained her on how to fasten the clips. Her hair is thinning and she now looks wonderful with the topper, that perfectly matches her hair. You have to understand that wigs are not returnable. No one wants to wear a used wig. Be absolutely certain that you like the wig before you take it out of the store. They give you plenty of opportunity to try it on and adjust it before you buy. They are not pushy. A couple of notes on how to fool people. Have your hair colored the same color as the wear and let some of your own hair show, especially the bangs and side burns. Have the topper the same length and color as your own hair and just blend your own hair into it. Don't get a wig that looks too perfect. Put hair behind your ears, especially on toppers. Wear scarves or other accessories.

I bought a wig at this place and it falls off everytime i comb it yet they said it doesn't again when I was trying it on it was fitting great but once they cut of the lace now it doesn't fit yet it can't be returned, now that is $385 gone like that ,I really feel bad . I can't wear it since it keep pulling off. So disappointed 😞 😔 😪 that was alot of many to go to waste. Would not recommend.

I brought my sister in to Master Hair Care as she has started Chemotherapy and we wanted to get her Wig before she needed it. I would give Janice 10 stars if I could. From the moment we walked through the door she rolled out the red Carpet. She made the process for my sis so much easier, gave her time to pick out which one would make her feel like herself.
