Rad is an amazing after hours tech who goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is willing to use his independent decision making and do what is right. Glad to know he is on the team

The board voted not to shut off water for nonpayment. I have called many times on my rental to have water shut off and you refuse. I will not pay this bill as it is not mine. The moratorium is over. You guys can eat the cost

Extremely unprofessional. Called Lakehaven Water & Sewer District two times and had terrible experiences with Dawn Zern, Permit Specialist. Was told on the phone that the instructions they provide over email are clear and calling to ask questions is frustrating. Excuse me, frustrating? All I wanted to do was make sure I was proceeding correctly when installing a side sewer but was spoken to in such a rude and condescending manner by Dawn Zern. The conversations lasted 3-4 minutes max but Dawn Zern does not seem to have enough patience or kindness to help a customer for a few minutes. Great job, Lakehaven.

Water is always running unless you turn it off. As a plus, they say they do not fluoride their water. Some people don't like that. Really? Worried about their childrens' teeth. If you are worried about your kids' teeth, make them brush after every meal. Even in the summer my water bill is only around $50. I still use more than one water filter!

Only flush toilet paper and human waste down toilet. The wastewater collection system and treatment plants were not designed to handle these wipes and cause costly blockages plus wasted energy. Also, please TRASH your fats, oils and grease (FOG) and don't send down your sink drains. This helps the District keep costs down because FOG clogs the collection system and is very difficult to treat at the wastewater treatment plants.
Rinsing stuff. They like doing that.
No, the water is tested daily. Plus the water comes from wells.
You can look it up your account on their website, or call the office.
