STAY AWAY. My college son was visiting his grandparents for 2 months and wanted a place to work out during his stay. My son thought he had a verbal agreement with manager for two-month membership. Manager tricked my son into signing 1 year agreement and now manager will not return any phone calls to address. Spoke to corporate office twice, and they couldn't get Rock Hill gym to return a call either. Corporate was to call me back with resolution a week ago. Instead, now corporate office is threatening a judgment against 19-year kid. Really. Turned issue over to my attorney to handle Anytime Fitness for petitory business practices. Filling a complaint with BBB in morning. GOOD LUCK

I recently moved down to the area from Chicago to escape the Cold. Since I had a lot more free time I decided it would be a perfect time to join a gym. I set up an appointment and got a txt that a person was going to meet me. Doors where locked during "Staffed Hours" and it was 95 out side. No one showed up waited a bit since traffic is nuts. Thankfully a patron let me inside to wait a little bit longer. Not a great first gym experience.

I've been trying to join here strictly based on location. I started out making an online appointment and got an automated confirmation of time to meet and ever a person that would be meeting me there (Tara). Well, she never showed, and I've called and left multiple messages.... It's been a week and still no call.... As much as I want to use this location because I driver right past it every day, they do not deserve my or your money. Bad Business. BTW, I am a manager of a prominent business here in Rock Hill.
