Been here with my fiance for 15 hours to be checked for surgery complications. The testings happened fairly quickly but the treatments for a site infection, for a life threatening clot, and administrations of her regular medicines have yet to occur. It has been at least 5 hours since all diagnostics were completed.

I did orientation with this company and did not get compensated for it. I have been waiting to get paid since the beginning of September. I have sent them messages and one person said she sent my timesheet in I would be getting paid but I haven’t gotten paid yet. If that’s how you treat your employees good thing I didn’t stay there.

Imagine paying for top shelf medical insurance, but still having to pay 100% out of pocket for your hospital bill, despite it being at an in-network facility for coverable services. That’s just what happened to my wife and I. Because Piedmont outsources their billing services overseas, you never talk to someone who you can understand, or vise versa. Piedmont medical’s inept idiocy kept them from being able to add our VALID, and major insurance carrier to our account with them. And NOBODY at the hospital CARED. NOBODY stepped up to help us resolve this. CALL AFTER CALL led nowhere. My insurance carrier was powerless to do anything, because they had to talk to the same people. In fact, I was lied to by their billing office on two occasions. Since they couldn’t figure out how to add our insurance through their electronic records service, they had to manually bill my insurance company. They DID NOT SUBMIT ANY CLAIMS. Instead, they threatened to send my bill to collections unless I payed up out of pocket. That’s all they care about- doing the minimum work possible to get their money. An Illegal act of borderline extortion. The only way I was going to get my bill covered was to go to court over it. Wasn’t an amount that was worth it…. But it still hurts. That’s money that should have gone towards my daughter’s college fund. Thanks PMC, for decreasing my family’s quality of life.

You have to use a certain outlet if in the ER, in rooms once admitted it's different. Ask a nurse which one to use!
You need to see a dentist ASAP! You might have a dry socket in your gum and that is really painful. I had one before and it had me crying. The hospital isn't going to help you with that.
Very old and not good hospital. I drive 17 mi to another city to avoid this place
You probably can receive a status of how they are doing but no more than that due to HIPAA laws.
Call the Hospital to find out, they have a wonderfully nice Receptionist/Help. Good luck
