My 6 year old missed a year of school due to an illness. She attended Sylvan for several sessions. In. The hope that she could catch up. however because she has a very limited attention span at this time Sylvan’s program was not right for her. The staff let me know that and discussed with me when she could be ready to return. I so appreciate this because Piedmont could have just taken my money over a long period of time. But they did not; they took the time to discuss the entire situation with me. That to me is very important—integrity and honesty. Too many businesses only look at the bottom line. I know Sylvan Piedmont cares about the children not just their business. I highly recommend the Center and the very professional staff at Piedmont. We will return to Sylvan when the time is right. Thanks to Bill, Anthony’s and Paris. And the remainder of the staff. We will return.

Still very new to the Sylvan community yet so far I see the positive changes in my nephews confidence and demeanor. I find the conferences to be very informative and essential in their success as well as the available resources online. I am very optimistic and look forward to retaining sylvan after our educational goals have been met.

My experience Sylvan Learning was great. I had to take a six-hour proctored exam. For this I needed a quiet room with ample space for my gemological equipment. Anthony and staff were kind, courteous and very helpful. They understood my needs and was able provide me with the space that was clean and suitable for me. My exam was monitored through cameras so I wasn’t interrupted during my work and could fully concentrate. People at Sylvan Learning are professional and know what they’re doing. I highly recommend them.

Sylvan has been a life-saver for our son and for us. He came to Sylvan not realizing his potential in math and writing. Mr. Anthony and his talented staff have done a wonderful job in helping our child do better in school and more importantly, give him the confidence he needs going forward in his scholastic career.
