Shop manager needs retraining. No customer service or auto painting skills. My paint is peeling, uneven painting, and dust particles trapped under paint. Went back the 2nd time to redo, and the shop manager says “this is the best we can do”. The problems are still there, both the manager and my paint job. Maaco needs to do better for its customers, and not for their wallets.

The paint job was great however my vehicle was broken into while it was in their care. While nothing too expensive was stolen, since I removed those items, less expensive items were stolen and the interior door handle was ripped off/broken. When I spoke to the Maaco employee, she informed me that there was nothing that could be done and I just had to replace/fix items myself. Respectable companies would have at least reimbursed a little or tried to make the situation right. Next time, I’ll seek another paint shop.

Very disappointing for 2000 paint job with no body work, did 2 tone wrong, runs, missed 10 dings, fish eyes and chips not sanded.When I went back they wanted another 600 to fix their screw ups Going to have to sue them to get resolution Manager and owner thought they did me a favor for 2k. They even broke my inner door handle and his response was its an old car

I had a dent in my door which they fixed, they did a good job on that and I understand that it made the process take longer than usual. When it comes to the paint job it was done with little care, and the owner was usually rude when I would call to check on the car. I got my car back with a crack on the back panel, over spray in a lot of places like the radiator, headlights, can't really drive at night now and a little bit on the interior of the car. They also broke the plastic around my window wipers. When I asked if they could fix it, he responded with "that's the best we're gonna do". If you don't really care about the details of your car then this a good place. I've emailed customer service and haven't gotten a response and it's been 2 weeks smh
