Not acknowledged when I arrived on lot, it was ten minutes (I timed it) before someone came out to ask if I wanted an oil change and scanned the VIN and took the mileage. Another person later came to ask me what oil I wanted, no other services were offered. Once in the bay, the air filter wasn’t shown. I was surprised the windshield wasn’t cleaned. The oil change, as such, was fine, but the customer service aspect was kind of lacking.

Yes, but not all stores offer that service. Federal way south does, kent store so I would call the store first before traveling the distant
