My wife had an exam done where she was belittled by Dr. Leung. Your job is to provide professional services to your patients, not disrespectfuly talk down to them. "I'm your Dr, not your friend, I don't care if you like me or not" seriously? We will not be coming back and I do not suggest anyone to make an appointment here.

Best experience I’ve ever had, from start to finish. Optometrist was friendly and helpful, took the time to answer my questions. Whole appointment took maybe half an hour(I had no wait time as there was a no-show before me) and I had my glasses picked out and paid for in about fifteen minutes. Prices were way less than anything I’ve paid in the past. Very happy with my choice to use Costco for my eye care.

I’ve been going to Costco with my eyeglass prescription for a few years. I am just home from my visit to pick up my glasses. I will start by saying I am a polite, courteous senior citizen and usually accept a bad interaction with a customer service person without saying anything. I paid for my glasses when I ordered them last week and on the way home thought, wow, those glasses were expensive. Then it dawned on me that the gal may not have deducted my eyeglass insurance allowance. Today when I went to pick up the glasses, I ended up with another assistant and I asked her if they deducted my insurance. She said no, they charged full price. I asked if it should be a practice to ask the customer if they have insurance, she snapped at me that they can’t keep that record of Insurance. Not exactly an answer. I offered my insurance card. She left it on the counter and didn’t speak to me. She didn't speak for about 15 minutes while I stood there wondering what she was doing on her computer. She walked over and talked to her manager and explained that “this lady failed to tell us she has insurance and now I have to credit her some money”. After waiting so long for her in silence with no explanation of what was going on, she finally came back with the manager. I could not help but tell her that it was the “coldest” reception I had ever experienced and customer service left a lot to be desired. She had left my insurance card sitting on the counter next to my new glasses. I finally picked up my insurance card and she snapped at me...”aren’t you even going to wear your glasses out of the store”? I said...no, I’m not. ( I only wear them for reading). I went on to ask her if I am different and does EVERYONE wear the, out of the store. She snapped back, Yes! I won’t be going back to them for glasses. They really need warm, friendly help in that department.

The best customer service I've ever had for glasses!!! Shari was amazing helping me today. All the ladies are so nice and helpful. I was able to switch out my frame I bought 2 months ago for a more comfortable pair. She looked and looked for a frame to put my new lenses in.Thankfully she found a pair. I've had the best service at Costco optical. My third pair now. I will never go any where else now. The price and service you get are AMAZING! THANKS Costco!!
