I now live here. It's a great place to live but be aware it's a rent controlled 55 and older complex. They also have a waiting list that was 2 years long when I got on it. I think it's a bit shorter now but I'm sure it's at least a year.

Absolutely horrible customer service!
The minute i mentioned a child she refused to send me an application. Would not rent here if you are having a child or have a child.
