The Addison at Parkside is a great place, very clean, great outdoor pool, well equipped gym, and very supportive and thoughtful staff. Sabrina was very helpful and responsive on all questions we had.

Very nice apartments and nice amenities. Well maintained property. Management nice and courteous. Nice park across the street. Many shopping plazas near by. Bus stop for the kids out front of the neighborhood. Quiet place to live.

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. HORRIBLE! We rented for only one year. Place is dirty all the time, kids playing crazy throwing the white shells from the ground decoration to the casa causing damages, the stuff that you have on your backyard mysteriously disappeared. Cops are always being called. The unit inside looks ok when you walk in but after you move in everything starts falling apart. The AC never worked appropriately, the ac system upstairs has vents on the floor which it kept the second floor very warm we had to use fans. They went and “remodeled” the unit in 2 days. New doors and appliances that are already falling apart. Fun I part is they want over 2k for this type of place that is clearly not worth that much. They are charging exactly the same you pay at brand new apartment over in tradition area with beautiful amenities and well kept community. Please be realistic people even if you are no longer accepting the section 8 ppl n did some makeup to improve this dumpster is not worth what you are trying to charge! Oh and the management is so rude they treat you like if they’re giving you free rent. Bunch of clowns stay away!
