I don't know what's going on with apartment rentals these days my daughter just went through a bunch of red tape and was told she would have an apartment in August, based on her salary she was told she was overqualified to live there. A preschool teacher with hours varying, come on people give me a break that's two apartments all the red tape $80 application fee and boom $160 out the window to be told you can't live there. The office girl who I talk to couldn't even connect me with the right person to vent my concerns. There is no affordable housing in Port St Lucie or Martin County and it is a sad state of an emergency for families in need.

Dumpsters over flow constantly looks disgusting!!! If you have too much trash add more dumpsters. They exterminate regularly but roaches are all over. Managers sigh when this is reported. Loud noises at night usually from low class residents fighting. Maintenance people are very nice but can’t keep up with the roach infestation. I keep a super clean apartment but roaches come from other homes and their everywhere. They worry more about where you park then picking up trash at dumpster and getting rid of 🐛 bugs
