Why is there such a large discrepancy between the reviews on here vs. on apartment rating sites online? 1.5 star avg vs. 4.4 average? Are residents being asked to post 5 star reviews upon moving in?

Not to my knowledge. I am a resident and some friends of mine are also and have never been asked. Also, some of the bad reviews I noticed were years ago when the facility wasn't doing so well. People will always gripe about something, don't expect a government funded complex to operate like a 5 star hotel, but it is fairly decent considering. I haven't had any problems.
