We LOVED working with Bridgette and we can't wait to move into our townhouse. When we visited, there wasn't an open unit for us to see, but Bridgette went out of her way to answer all of our questions and ease our concerns. She was very knowledgeable and she helped us submit an application quickly since we were under a deadline. She even gave us preschool recommendations to help us narrow down our search. You can tell she takes pride in her job. Thank you so much Bridgette!

The office staff was very friendly and provided the information that we needed as we look for a new residence. We were assisted by Bridgette who was very kind to us and answered all of our questions. We hope that this place has open availability by the time we move to the area.

Nicole was very helpful providing me information about the property and touring me around. She did a great job. I will recommend the property and Nicole to others.

Hi Lucille. The Enclave at St. Lucie West only has 2 and 3 bedroom townhome units. For current pricing please contact our leasing office via phone or text at 772-871-7781
Stephanie, The Enclave at St Lucie West is a conventional rental community. All households should make a minimum of 3 times the monthly market rent (monthly rents start at $1579 for a 2 bedroom) and provide verification of this during the application process.
Most of our residents move out because they have purchased a home or are relocating out of the area.
Tynisha, our income requirements are for the total household. The minimum income threshold does change so it's best to reach out to the property directly to determine what the requirement is at the time you are applying.
No they are not screened in and camnot be screenee in because of the continuity of the location. Also cant drill into the building to stabilize the screen. However, i kust moved here and love it. I thought it should be screened in too. Not haveing a screen makes it feel bigger
You are allowed to have a limited amount of plants on your patio, but no you are not allowed to plant plants in our flower beds.
