I am a Realtor in the Jupiter area - just yesterday showed a home built by Groza. I was extremely impressed with the level of craftsmanship. Everything was square, tight caulk lines, well-edged paint, good materials used for flooring and countertops. Bathrooms were tastefully finished, with elegant choices for vanity and shower doors. Having come from some other new construction homes that left much to be desired in terms of "the little things", this was refreshing to see! 5 out of 5 stars, easy.

Building my home during a pandemic was very difficult at times but in the end I received the home of my dreams and I am happy with the quality of my home. There were/are some issues with the kitchen cabinets and there’s really no way of fixing it unless it was done right the first time so I suggest if you build with them make sure you inspect each and every cabinet while they’re being hung and if there’s an issue address immediately because even though I feel Groza was willing to fix the issue, there was no way to fix it so I’m stuck now with mismatching cabinet sizes and even though no one can really tell unless I point it out, I can tell so that’s the most disappointing thing about my new home but I’ve lived in it for the last 4 days and so far I’m in love with it overall. Leandra over at Groza is amazing!!! Seriously could not have gone through the last year without her help and assistance! She kept me somewhat sane and always was responsive and very helpful. From what I gather no matter what builder you choose there will always be issues and with this builder there were a lot of issues but everytime I brought them up they were addressed and fixed so at least they did that. My home is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Overall my experience is probably a 3 but I give them a 4 because of LeAndra and the assistance she provided hands down best employee of that whole company!!!

We could not be more grateful for the Groza team. We did so much research on great builders in the area and Groza just was our #1 pick from the very beginning. From the moment we walked into their model home we truly felt like we were home. But what really sold us was their exceptional costumer service from the very beginning they have been upfront, honest, professional and most of all, their invested in making sure the vision and dream for our home comes to life. LeAndra is our girl and she’s just awesome! We also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Groza and he’s a true professional and cares a lot about his buyers needs and wants for their home. To be honest if I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Me and my boyfriend wanted to build our first home, we called and scheduled for an appointment on the only day we were both off, on Saturday. Online it says they aren't open so I thought it was weird that they would schedule on a day it says they aren't open for, but we went anyway and yup, we were right. They scheduled us on a day they weren't even open. Super unprofessional and just plain rude. I'm not going to even bother continuing business with them.
