How do you get a response from Heart and Family Health . I have been calling all week and it is virtually impossible to reach someone there without being put on hold for a half and hour . I would not recommend them at all because of this .

I've never been on hold with any other drs office longer than I have with Heart and Family. Never less than 30 minutes, it ridiculous! I was just on hold to make an appointment for my mammogram for 35 minutes, I finally hung up.

You never get a response, you better go to the ER, if you need care. This office it’s a joke. I do not recommend this office, they don’t care about the patient.

When you call leave a detail message for a nurse. I get a call back the same day or next morning. I have had very good experience witj them so far.
