You can feed the giraffes. But it is only during certain times. It costs $5 and you can feed them lettuce. Very kid friendly
We did the Zoo Snooze In program with a group in January 2018 and we got to go behind the scenes and feed the giraffes.
There is an area near the giraffe exhibits that has made me think it would be possible, but i haven't seen it happen in the handful of times I've visited the zoo.

I went recently and there was no feeding the animals signs throughout the whole zoo...so i dont think you can feed the giraffes :(
