From my experiences as far as companion animals go they only serve cats and dogs (no exotics or small animals). They do regular check ups, shots, spay and neuter, surgery (can't list any specific ones other than we're looking to get a cyst taken off our dog), optimology, and I'm sure much more. It's a full service animal hospital, the only difference being that a student will be accompanying the actual vet and will usually be doing the work under the very close supervision of the doctor.
I dropped a stray cat here once, no questions asked (it was a Sunday and all shelters and rescues were closed)
