Staff isn't very helpful. Had no help with the restraint of my animal even though he was muzzled. Had ear medication applied to my nimals ears, but yet he continues to be bothered by them.

Hi Donald. We don't offer any insurance plans. As for final planning/pre-paid euthanasia and cremation, yes....We make a "proposed treatment plan with price quote" in your digital chart. Then you can pay that amount and the credit will sit on your account until you move forward with the plan. At that time, everything gets settled out. We hope that helps
